“So what’s your favorite wine?”
People always ask this question and I am not always sure how to answer. However, I do know that I prefer reds, especially a good cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, shiraz, or malbec. A good merlot is nice, but I generally would opt for a cab or pinot noir before a merlot. I also love champagnes (all of them) and bubblies in general – prosecco, cava, or even an MCC, which hails from South Africa. By the way, South African wines are some of my favorites!
What won’t I drink? I will not drink sweet wines! I like my wines dry without a hint of sweetness!
